Preforming multiple amounts of exercises, I will be reaching my long-term goal, reducing the percentage of obesity in the United States of America. My partner and I will be researching simple, unique, and satisfying exercises that will over all help someone with a large amount of body fat lose weight. October will be all about exercises that you can do outside. Then November will be a bit chilly so we will follow up with some fantastic indoor exercises I have learned in my Advanced Fit one, two, and three class. There also might be some skiing lessons involved because I am a skiing instructor at Norway Mountain. December will be more relaxed and will be all about pilates or yoga exercises.
